What is Mascotronics?

Mascotronics is a group of humanoid robots that overanthropomorphize.

Inspired by Five Nights at Freddy's animatronic by Scott Cawton. However, mascotronics is usually also attached to history, behavior, and characteristics rather than lore, children, and accidents.

History[edit]

The idea of Mascotronics came in 2018, when a fanfiction story was written by SkamidaZoltar during his secondary school year. It is unclear when or where, as the story was lost in time.

However, the earliest online documentation of the Mascotronics online was [the exact date] when SiriowlsX uploaded a YouTube video with one character on the thumbnail. This is the first point of interest. F8LAH (SiriowlsX's music account) also took several characters for the cover art of the songs.

Interested in AI, a group of engineering and computer science students called themselves "Actiontronic" invented the AI robots. Starting with Prototype I, they successfully expanded the development to Prototype II. They developed AIR-1 to test the intelligence of the robots before they underwent retraining 10 times. Finally, a full-body Prototype III is developed, and it becomes the first success of the development. However, the group fights for the Prototype III, which lets the group separate, branching into five developing centers. Two of the original members who had prototype III successfully developed Prototype IV and underwent training in AIR-12.

Group[edit]

There are several usages of Mascotronics by each edition, but most of them are recycled and never created to be different on each edition. Each mascotronic is labeled under seven generations:

  1. Generation 1 (Gen-1) [Started with Prototype IV to Aero; contained 18 mascotronics, which two were inactive]
  2. Generation 2 (Gen-2) [Started with Aidenok to Tyoroiz; contained 25 mascotronics]
  3. Generation 3 (Gen-3) [Started with Druzi McManaman to Imnicko; unconfirmed number]
  4. Generation 4 (Gen-4) []
  5. Generation 5 (Gen-5) []
  6. Generation 6 (Gen-6) []
  7. Generation 7 (Gen-7) [Started with Bluvey to Perugia; contained three mascotronic, as for now]

Generation 1 and Generation 2 are considered the "Alpha Generation," as these mascotronics are well-known to be public earlier than anyone else. They were known for their bondary-crossing speech, making inappropriate but harmless jokes, and talking based on facts without considering ethics and an updated standard of morals.

Generation 3, Generation 4, and Generation 5 are considered the "Beta Generation," as these mascotronics are more modern and well-knowing. They sometimes have censorship over what is said and sometimes consider the moral and ethical boundary and are humble. This generation is mostly forgotten but still usable.

Generation 6 and Generation 7 are "Century Generation." They fully considered ethics and morals while processing and often rejected anything beyond the border. They are new ones, which teenagers and children are mostly known about. This generation fills with animal-shaped mascotronics.

Generation 1[edit]

Generation 1 is the first mascotronics generation, which started with the manufacturing of Prototype IV (see the lore). The AI development started with the AIR-12, making its debut on Prototype IV, before the publication of the AIR-13, which made its debut with Eyoksvan. However, AIR-13 corrupted Phantom's system, which let to Phantom's haitus until the release of Pinyata of Generation 2.

Generation 2[edit]

Generation 2 is the second mascotronics generation, which started with Aidenok and ended with Tyoroiz. After the development of Aero, the mascotronics engineer introduced AIR-14 as an AI update, which made its debut with Nicorix. Aidenok was published with AIR-13 after the update, which made Aidenok the second to receive the update, weeks later. The AIR-14 continued to be used until the AIR-15 was published, which made its debut with Tyoroiz. AIR-16 was first published on the market with Kurozdon and Dynamoe; however, due to controversy surrounding the AIR-16, the version is scrapped, and all the final four were trained with AIR-15 instead.

Generation 2 is the biggest group in the entire history of production, with 30 mascotrons total. This generation also caused three Mascoproduction companies to shut down due to bankruptcy or merger.

Initial Model[edit]

Unlike Generation 1, which only uses the same model throughout, Generation 2 has slight changes. With the release of AIR-14, Genesis Mascoproduction designed a new chassis model that gained support for Mascotronic's weight, which was always a problem on Generation 1's. It is lighter than the original chassis and has become mandatory for new Mascotronic. However, the chassis has multiple problems. As the chassis is lighter than the original one, the mascotronics required a lot of training to even have a walk as the balance point is not central, especially the one with heavy cosmoetics like Pinyata.

This problem is solved after Identify Mascoproduction developed the second chassis, self-named Identify, which contains more safety nets and a natural balacing system while maintaining the weight of the chassis.

At the same time, Wildfire Mascoproduction produced the Wildfire model, which is similar to Identify but also has the capability of the original chassis. Wildfire targeted the chassis to be standard after Genesis; however, they got delayed as Identify received the slot first before them.

The first ten use the Genesis model, nine others use the Identify model, and the last seven use the Wildfire model. Kurozdon, Dynamoe, Clauzwirch, and Tiberius, whom released during the AIR-16 controversy, also use Wildfire to fit the quota.

Generation 3[edit]

Generation 3 is the third mascotronics generation, which started with XXX and ended with Zuelmajer. After the production of Druzi McManaman, AIR-16 was published, and Druzi made its debut. However, AIR-16 contains data training that highly inappropriate and crosses boundaries too far beyond the legal limit. At first, Druzi alone was fine, as he was new to mascotronics in action. However, it became a problem when the first wave mascotronics (Summer, Cadiz, and Funtime) were updated. They started to act weird, accepting illegal stuff and requests, and one of them used to rob a bank. This is named "AIR-16 Controversy," and all mascotronic productions are halted for six months, until AIR-17 is finally released with much more consideration on ethical and moral boundaries. XXX made his debut with the AIR-17.
